Return Policy for VPD/Grow Monitor

To be eligible for a return, the VPD/grow monitor must be in its original condition, including all packaging materials and accessories. The monitor must be free of any signs of use, damage, or modification.

You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges, and any original shipping costs will not be refunded. Additionally, if the product is returned due to a defect or issue with the product, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.
